An Organic brand, established in Kolkata by the name of The Green Earth, that promotes 100% pesticide-free, pure and unadulterated food ingredients. In the beginning they catered to a small crowd who knew about and thus visited their offline store in Ballygunge but with time their popularity grew through word of mouth and they became a staple to many people. It was unfortunate that they were yet to tap into the vast market where people were day by day becoming more aware of the health benefits of organic ingredients and thus more inclined to choose it to lead a healthier lifestyle.
For them we designed and developed a custom built E-commerce website on Word-press so that it becomes easy for them to showcase their vast range of organic goodness (ingredients). Google analytics and Facebook Pixel were installed on their platform to track the behavioral flow of the users in different categories on the website. Using all the collected analytics we were then able to study not only the demographics such as age, gender but also the kinds of products that were catching the attention of the people visiting the page and showing interest in. This ultimately helped us to create proper targeted campaigns and remarketing ads on Facebook and Google.
The monthly website visitors increased manifold and reached a staggering 30,954 with an average page view of 118,587 since December, 2019.
With the help of retargeting ads on Social Media and Google we were then able to convert 10% of the returning visitors to clients.
By January 2021, the bounce rate on the website dropped to all time low of 0.24%.
On different Social Media platforms the number of impressions increased to a high 26,07,394 and the reach was close to 8,39,630 with the frequency of 3.11 times to create a recall value.
