IRIS Hospital is a NABH certified multispecialty 180 bedded hospital, equipped to offer cutting - edge medical facilities. Located at Raja Subodh Chandra Mullick Road, we were required to increase the brand visibility in and around the vicinity of the hospital and also manage their online reputation.
IRIS Hospital required a more cohesive and multi-layered social media marketing strategy that could help them to increase their presence and visibility amongst the nearby pin codes and doctors. Our strategy was more focused towards educating and engaging with the public about the medical services that IRIS could offer, enhance patient access, create awareness and manage public relations issues.
We started highlighting strategic creatives that talks about the various medical departments and infrastructure of the hospital. Doctors and medical staff were shown in the campaigns to co-relate the overall business goals for the hospital and developing a robust social media strategy. Our core focus was to concentrate on brand awareness and building a digital ecosystem, where people can have a recall value for the hospital in and around the vicinity. Brand awareness was driven by promoting and highlighting special days, events, free medical camps, high-tech infrastructure and advanced medical facilities.
On Social Media the number of impressions has been 75,29,681 with a frequency of 4.65 times to create a recall value.
Different services were promoted using carousel ads with specific call to actions - Get Directions, Schedule Appointments, Direct calls for emergency services.
Messenger appointments were promptly replied by the team and direct the enquiries to the concerned department.
The online page reputation were managed to check for reviews, complains and grievances by visitors , this led to increase in the interaction organically and through paid campaigns.
Patients testimonial videos and reviews were promoted to generate trust among the audiences.
